Refund policy

Payments are not open yet: the beta is free and invite-only. This is the policy that will apply once they are.

• Try first. A free 7-day trial is the way to evaluate Playrig. Because of it, purchases are final except as below.
• 7-day refund on a first purchase if the software does not work on your setup and support could not fix it within that window. Email us with your account email.
• No refunds on renewals, after 7 days, or for change of mind. No partial refunds.
• A refund or chargeback ends the license at its next check-in, and repeated chargebacks may close the account.
• Rights the law gives you as a consumer (for example in the EU or UK) are not affected. Our payment provider, who will act as the seller, may apply its own terms at checkout.
• Beta licenses are free, carry no refund, and end after three months.
